Thank you for the wonderful work you and your associates did helping us with our cocktail party. On behalf of the Junior League of Palo Alto and Mid-Peninsula, I would like to thank you for your expertise and professionalism with our annual Sustainer Cocktail Party on June 3, 2005. It was the most successful event the sustainers have ever had. With almost 200 guests attending the event, we were able to showcase our theme "Under the Country Sun" with a special venue that had not been offered in the past. your food preparation and table decorations were outstanding. Not only were the guests offered something different, but they were able to taste fabulous food prepared by a professional chef. Joseph at Butler For Hire is a delight. His food is excellent, prepared and delivered with panache. He has many menu selections, if flexible and easy to work with in crafing the best menu for that party and that mood and season. He adapts to the kitchen easily and by the second time, he makes it his own with no direction. He has responded to last minute panic calls as well as to well planned and scheduled ones. His serving help is excellent as well. If you hire Joseph, and I urge you to do that, you will be the most honored guest at your own party. We entertain relatively often, have used a number of catereers, including large well known firms from the city, and enjoy what he creates, his devotion to detail and predictably top flight service best of all.
